5.4.2 Upgrade
The procedures and tools for software upgrades differ depending on what component needs
to be upgraded. Available tools for firmware upgrades are:
z FUMI: part of HPI-B included in BBS
z fw_tool: integrated in the SAM1410 root file system
z swupgrade: integrated in the SAM1410 root file system
The following table shows which tools you can use and where you can find a description of how
to do it.
Emerson recommends to always use FUMI if available.
