Substitution of components may impair suitability for use in Class I,
Division 2 environments.
When the ControlWave Micro is situated in a hazardous location, turn
off power before servicing or replacing the unit and before installing or
removing I/O wiring.
Do not disconnect equipment unless the power is switched off or the
area is known to be non-hazardous.
4.1 Powering Up/Powering Down the ControlWave Micro
The ControlWave Micro receives power from an external bulk power
supply into connector TB1. Chapter 2 includes instructions for wiring a
power supply to the ControlWave Micro.
To apply power to the ControlWave Micro, plug the power supply into
connector TB1 on the PSSM.
To remove power from the ControlWave Micro, unplug the power
supply from connector TB1 on the PSSM.
