Option Description
Syslog Server IP
Address
The IP address of a syslog server that event log messages should be sent to when they are
generated.
Log Error Events Controls whether Errors are recorded to the event log.
Log Warning Events Controls whether warnings are recorded to the event log.
Log Informational
Events
Controls whether informational messages are recorded to the event log.

NOTE:Logged events are stored in volatile memory on the switch. If power is lost or the switch is reset then the list of events is
cleared.
Defaults
TheDefaultstabiswheretheOSDandreceiversessiontimeoutsaresetaswellasthetransmitterUSBmodeand
trafficprioritiesareconfigured.Thesedefaultsapplywhenanewreceiverortransmitterisaddedtothesystem.
Setting Description
OSD Inactivity Timeout
The timeout, in minutes, after
which the OSD display disappears.
Receiver Session Timeout
The timeout, in minutes, after
which the user is logged out and his
KVM session terminated if there is
no keyboard/mouse activity at the
receiver.
Transmitter USB Mode
The default set for the transmitter
USB when a new transmitter is
added. By default, this is set to all
devices.
Transmitter Traffic Priority
The default for traffic priority on the
transmitter. By default, USB is the
priority.
